Common questions
Help centre →How fast will my order arrive?
Order before 1pm on a business day and it leaves the Gold Coast the same day by Australia Post. Delivery then takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on where you are. Shipping is free over $99 and $9.95 below that.
Can I pick up on the Gold Coast?
Yes. Choose click & collect at checkout and collect for free from Priceline Pharmacy, Shop 81, Pacific Fair, Broadbeach. It’s ready within 3 hours during trading hours, 7 days a week, and you can return there in person too.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex and UnionPay cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Afterpay is also offered at checkout.
How do you set your prices?
We keep overheads low and check the everyday prices of established Australian padel retailers. A “was” price only appears where we hold an evidenced RRP. How we price
Which racket should a beginner buy?
Look for a round head, a soft core and a weight of 365g or less. Start with our beginner rackets, or let the Racket Finder pick three for you in about a minute.
Are your rackets genuine?
Yes, always. We buy from each brand’s official distributor, such as Pulse Padel for NOX and Double Line Sports for Babolat, so every racket is genuine stock with the manufacturer’s warranty.
